Terms & Conditions – mr88 Platform Rules & User Agreement

Last Updated: 11 June 2026. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of mr88.bio and supersede all prior versions.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "you") and mr88 ("mr88", "we", "us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the mr88 website located at mr88.bio, including all games, betting services, payment features, promotions, and support services offered thereon.

By registering an account on mr88, depositing funds, or using any service on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register or continue using mr88.

mr88 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an account if eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified. Any winnings derived from an ineligible account may be voided and withheld.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) active mr88 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, mr88 will close all accounts except the first registered, and any bonus funds accumulated across duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide truthful, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mr88 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. mr88 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify mr88 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. mr88 will not be liable for losses resulting from failure to maintain credential security.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As a condition of continued use and, in particular, before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, mr88 may require you to submit identity verification documents including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mr88 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at mr88's discretion. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

4.2 Funding Source Requirement

All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. mr88 prohibits deposits from third-party accounts. Any funds received from a third-party source may be voided and the account suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements and successful KYC verification. mr88 aims to process approved withdrawals promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any required compliance checks. mr88 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining and satisfying any tax obligations arising from winnings received through mr88 in your jurisdiction. mr88 does not withhold or remit taxes on behalf of players.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free spins, are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period are specified on the relevant promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings derived solely from bonus funds.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

mr88 reserves the right to void bonuses and close accounts where patterns of bonus abuse are identified. This includes, without limitation: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with good faith gameplay; and using low-risk hedging strategies intended to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay participation.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on mr88 are governed by their respective game rules as published within the game interface. In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, mr88 will attempt to resolve the outcome in the fairest manner possible based on available logs. mr88's decision in such matters is final.

Void bets and refunds in respect of technical errors are processed at mr88's discretion. mr88 is not obligated to honour outcomes resulting from software errors or misdisplayed odds where these deviate materially from the correct market price.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on mr88 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted software to interact with games or the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in relation to genuine mr88 transactions;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors — any such bugs must be reported to support immediately and not exploited;
• Any activity that in mr88's reasonable assessment constitutes abuse of the Platform or its other users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on mr88.bio, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game assets, software, design elements, and written content, is the property of mr88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mr88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. mr88's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

mr88 may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, regulatory compliance requirements, or where we determine that continued provision of services poses unacceptable risk. Upon account closure, any withdrawable balance (after deduction of applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of outstanding KYC verification.

You may close your mr88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests take effect after all pending bets are settled and all outstanding balance transactions are processed.

11. Amendments

mr88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated via email to your registered address or by prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before taking effect. Your continued use of mr88 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mr88 holds its international gaming authority licence. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through good faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted under the rules of a recognised arbitration body in the applicable jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English.
